1. Are all your bakes really gluten free?
Yes! Everything is 100% gluten free and no “may contains” are used! However please see the allergen info for how my kitchen is set up.
2. Do you cater for other allergies?
My kitchen is gluten free only.
Some products may contain dairy, eggs, nuts or soy — this will always be listed on each product page and here:

If you have specific allergy concerns, please email before ordering.
3. Are your products suitable for coeliacs?
Absolutely.
I started Sugar&Crumb as a coeliac myself — so everything is made with coeliacs in mind.
4. When will my order arrive?
I follow a weekly bake-and-dispatch schedule:
Orders Open: Tuesday
Baking Day: Wednesday
Dispatch Day: Thursday
Delivery (DPD Next Day): Friday
Orders placed after Tuesday roll into the next week’s bake.
5. What delivery service do you use?
All parcels are shipped with DPD Next Day.
Once your order is dispatched on Thursday, it should arrive on Friday.
You’ll receive full tracking from DPD.
6. Can I choose a delivery date?
Not at the moment — because everything is baked fresh on a set weekly schedule.
If you need something for a specific event, email me at info@sugarandcrumbgf.com and I’ll see what I can do.
7. Do you offer collection?
If collection is available for certain products, it will be shown at checkout and details will be emailed to you.
8. Can I return my order?
Because brownies and treats are perishable, I cannot accept returns.

9. What if my order arrives damaged?
Email me within 24 hours with photos and I’ll sort it — either with a replacement or refund depending on the situation.
10. What if my order doesn’t arrive?
If your parcel is delayed or lost by DPD:
I’ll help you track it
If it’s confirmed lost, I’ll replace or refund
If it arrives late and isn’t safe to eat, I’ll assess the situation fairly
11. How should I store my brownies?
Brownies stay freshest stored in an airtight container.
They usually last:
4–5 days at room temperature
Up to 2 weeks in the fridge (a little firmer but still lush)
Up to 3 months in the freezer
Microwave for 10–15 seconds for extra gooey vibes.
12. Do you offer gift messages?
Yes! You can add a gift message at checkout, and I’ll include it inside the box.
13. Do you include prices inside the parcel?
Nope — perfect if you’re sending a gift.
14. Can I order for someone else?
Of course! Just enter their shipping address at checkout.
If it’s a gift, feel free to add a note — I love sending happy mail.
15. Do you offer custom orders?
Right now the shop is focused on brownies and treat boxes, but you can always email me with requests — if I can do it, I will!
16. Can I track my delivery?
Yes — you’ll receive DPD tracking details once your parcel leaves my kitchen.
17. What payment methods do you accept?
All major cards are accepted through secure payment processors such as Stripe/PayPal/Squarespace Payments (depending on your setup).
18. Where do you ship?
Currently shipping is available across mainland UK.
19. Can I change my delivery address after ordering?
Only if I haven’t dispatched your parcel yet.

Once DPD has the parcel, changes aren’t possible.
