Who is Sugar&Crumb?
Sugar&Crumb was founded and created by me, Jess, a Type 1 Diabetic and sufferer of Coeliac Disease!
I’ve always been a keen baker, but after about a year of feeling incredibly unwell I was finally diagnosed with Coeliac Disease. I completely cut gluten immediately and felt so much better physically but was devastated I couldn’t eat my favourite treats anymore. Sounds dramatic but it’s true, ya girl loves a cake.
6 years, a marriage, three children and a dog since diagnosis, I finally decided to take the plunge and set up my own gluten free baking business.
Fed up of only being able to buy a prepackaged brownie, I have set out to make all the trending treats you see, gluten free.
